  1. 4 8-oz Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 4 cups Water

  2. 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  3. 1 tsp Garlic powder
  4. 1 tsp Sea salt
  5. 1/2 tsp Paprika (or smoked paprika)
  6. 1/4 tsp Black pepper



Instructions:

Put the chicken breasts in a big basin and add enough water to cover them (approximately 4 cups) to begin brining them. Stir in sea salt until it dissolves mostly. Allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
