I've prepared hundreds of variations of tuna salad recipes, and this one is the greatest since I never grow tired of it. Serve grilled as a very tasty tuna melt or over bread, crackers, or over a bed of greens.
Ingredients:
- 4 (5 ounce) cans tuna packed in water drained (see note 1)
- 1 cup mayonnaise or less to taste (see note 2)
- 1/3 cup celery finely chopped (about 1 rib)
- 2 tablespoons red onion minced, about 2 small slices
- 2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish (see note 3)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Step:No:01
Tuna, mayonnaise, relish, celery, onion, lemon juice, and garlic should all be combined in a medium-sized bowl.
Step:No:02
Add salt and pepper to taste (I prefer ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper). Either serve right now or cover and refrigerate until needed.more details for recipes:https://www.culinaryhill.com/classic-tuna-salad-sandwich/
