Make grilled shrimp skewers

 My recipe for grilled shrimp skewers is quick, tasty, and simple! Combine garlic, lemon, and olive oil to quickly make a marinade, then simmer it for a few minutes.

Ingredients:

  1. 8 Bamboo skewers
  2. 1/4 cup Olive oil
  3. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  4. 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  5. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  6. 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  7. 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  8. 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  9. 1 lb Large shrimp (31/40 size, peeled and


Instructions:

Step:No:01

To avoid burning, soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 to 60 minutes before using them on the grill.

Step:No:02

Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a big bowl to make the marinade for the grilled shrimp.

Step:No:03

Add the shrimp and toss to coat gently. Shrimp should be marinated for no more than 15 to 30 minutes.

Step:No:04

 In the meantime, preheat the grill over medium-high heat for approximately 15 minutes, or for 3–5 minutes if using a grill pan.

Step:No:05

Take the shrimp out of the marinade and thread them onto the skewers while the grill is heating up.

Step:No:06

The shrimp should be pink and opaque on the bottom but still somewhat translucent on top after two to three minutes of cooking on the grill for the skewers. Once more, cook for two to three minutes, or until the opposite side becomes opaque.
