Ingredients:

  1. ⅔ cup chicken broth
  2. ¼ cup coconut aminos (see note)
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  5. 1 tbsp tapioca flour (or arrowroot powder)
  6. 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  7. ½ tsp black pepper
  8. ½ tsp onion powder
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. ½ cup finely diced onions
  11. 4 cups broccoli florets

Instructions:

Step:No:01

In a bowl, first combine the broth, tapioca flour, honey, coconut aminos, and minced garlic. Mix everything together.

Step:No:02

The chicken breasts should be cut into ½-inch cubes. Add onion powder and black pepper for seasoning.

Step:No:03

On the stovetop, place a sizable skillet or wok over medium heat. Put in a single spoonful of olive oil. Put the chicken cubes inside. Cook, stirring and flipping occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Take out of the skillet the chicken.

Step:No:04

Add the chopped onion, broccoli florets, and the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the same skillet. Cook over medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring to avoid scorching.

Step:No:05

Transfer the sauce into the frying pan. Simmer for five minutes over medium heat. After that, return the cooked chicken to the skillet.

Step:No:06

Cook the chicken for a further two to three minutes, or until it's heated.

Step:No:07

Remove from the heat at last. Present!
