Ingredients:

  1. 3 cans salmon
  2. ½ cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  3. ¼ cup onion (finely chopped )
  4. ¼ cup bell pepper (finely chopped)
  5. 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  6. 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  7. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  8. 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  9. ½ tsp salt
  10. ¼ tsp black pepper
  11. 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  12. 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions:

Step:No:01

The flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, salt, and black pepper should all be combined in a big bowl. Toss to blend well.

Step:No:02

When the salmon mixture is well blended and uniformly wet, add the beaten eggs and stir.

Step:No:03

Form the mixture into patties with a thickness of ¼ to ½ inch. For sliders, you can make them smaller, or for regular-sized patties, larger.

Step:No:04

In a big skillet over medium heat, warm up the olive oil.

Step:No:05

Once the salmon patties are golden brown and thoroughly done, carefully arrange them in the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Gently turn them over to prevent shattering.

Step:No:06

When the salmon patties are done, move them to a platter covered with paper towels so that any extra oil may be absorbed.

Step:No:07

Lastly, serve the cooked salmon patties warm with your preferred dipping sauce, lemon wedges, or a side of homemade tartar sauce.
