marry me chicken recipes

Thyme, garlic, and tomatoes are combined in a basic creamy sauce to coat succulent, golden chicken. This tastes great with a salad and mashed potatoes! This is really excellent.

Ingredients:

Marrey me sauce.

  1. 2 tablespoons butter
  2. 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced (note 1)
  3. 1 tablespoon tomato paste (note 2)
  4. 1 cup heavy cream
  5. 1 cup chicken broth
  6. a few sprigs of thyme
  7. 1 14.5–ounce jar petite diced tomatoes, drained thoroughly (note 3)
  8. salt to taste (note 4)

Chicken.

  1. a batch of air fryer chicken (note 5)

Instructions:

Step:No:01

Base Sauce: Turn down the heat to medium-low in a big skillet. When everything is soft and fragrant, add the butter, garlic, and tomato paste and sauté for a few minutes.

Step:No:02

Pour in the Cream, Broth, and Thyme; whisk to smooth out the tomato paste. After adding the broth and thyme sprigs, boil the sauce for ten to fifteen minutes, or until it reduces and becomes thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. (Now is an excellent time to start utilizing the air fryer chicken if you are using it.)

Step:No:03

Add the chicken and tomatoes: Place the chopped tomatoes in the sauce after draining them and mix them in. Spoon a little sauce over the top and tuck the cooked chicken into the sauce.

Step:No:04

You're through! Delicious. To make it look nice, scatter some basil, parsley, or thyme on top. For a stunning, incredibly tasty supper, serve the chicken pieces with spoonfuls of the sauce over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes (my personal favorite) along with a side salad.
