Instructions:

Step:No:01

Warm up the olive oil. Place over medium-high heat in a big saucepan. Add the chicken in a single layer after the oil begins to shimmer. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and heat, uncovered, for 4 minutes or until browned. Cook for a further 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. Move to a platter.
