chicken breast recipes air fryer

My favorite chicken to air fried every day! Pieces of thinly sliced chicken breast that have been heavily spice-coated, combined with a small amount of cornstarch and brown sugar, and air-fried until golden and moist.

Ingredients:

The Spices.

  1. 1 teaspoon paprika
  2. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  5. 3/4 teaspoon salt (I use Morton table salt for this because it’s fine and better for coating)
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  7. 1 teaspoon cornstarch

The chicken.

  1. 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  2. 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts – if you have closer to 1.5 pounds in your package, increase the amount of spices above by 1.5x to make sure you have enough seasoning for your chicken

Instructions:

Step:No:01

Slice the chicken thinly: Slice each chicken breast into thin, flat pieces that resemble a thin chicken breast rather than bite-sized chunks. For instance, I usually cut a one-pound package of chicken breasts into three or four thin pieces for each breast. It's imperative to have thin chicken! And tasty! If the chicken breasts have a lot of liquid on them, pat them dry.

Step:No:02

Apply a spice coating to the chicken by thoroughly tossing the spices in a bowl and then sprinkling the mixture over the chicken pieces. Toss in the oil (I do this with my hands, but tongs work too). Make sure the chicken is completely covered. If you'd like, you can let it rest for a little while, but I think the flavor

Step:No:03

Before airfrying, preheat the device. With some room left for air to flow, arrange the chicken in an even layer on the air fryer basket or grate. For ten minutes, air fried the chicken at 415 degrees. You should cook the chicken for closer to 13 minutes if it is larger in chunks. An interior temperature of 165 degrees is what you want.

Step:No:04

You're through! Delicious! It ought to be a breathtaking spectacle for peckish eyes. Extremely juicy, flavorful, and crispy on the outside. After letting it rest for a while, cut it into pieces and savor. We frequently stand over the cutting board and consume at least half of it hot right out of the air fryer. I'm so into dipping the chicken pieces in the homemade gochujang dipping sauce (recipe notes below) right now!
