My tried-and-true salmon recipe that never fails! Made just 15 minutes from start to finish, it is golden and crispy on the outside and buttery and juicy on the inside.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. salmon (see note 1)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt (or 1/2 teaspoon table salt)
- 2–3 teaspoons avocado or olive oil
Instructions:
Step:No:01
Prepare the salmon by taking off any skin that may be present. To ensure the surface is mostly dry, pat with paper towels. Cut the salmon into 1- to 2-inch-long cubes (see photo).
Step:No:02
Prepare the spices by combining them in a small bowl.Step:No:03
Salmon with spices: Toss the salmon cubes in the oil and spices; I normally mix everything together with my hands.Step:No:04
Air fry the salmon: Spread out the salmon pieces a little so they don't end up all over each other in the air fryer (I just throw them in). For eight minutes, air fried at 400 degrees!
Step:No:05
You're through! Delicious! By now, it ought to be juicy and flavorful on the inside and textured and golden on the surface. Each slice should readily flake or slip apart when pressed with a fork, revealing a delicious, buttery interior. (If you would rather have more of a medium doneness, you can do 6-7 minutes.)more details for recipes:https://pinchofyum.com/ridiculously-good-air-fryer-salmon
