Easy ground chicken recipes

 The ideal dish of comfort is ground chicken chili, which has juicy chicken, fire-roasted tomatoes, and robust beans. It is a simple hands-off supper that keeps for days and freezes well.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound ground chicken
  2. 1 large onion finely chopped
  3. 2 large garlic cloves minced
  4. 1 large red bell pepper chopped
  5. 1 tablespoon oil for frying
  6. 3 ounces tomato paste
  7. 14 ounces can red kidney beans low sodium, drained & rinsed
  8. 14 ounces can white beans low sodium, drained & rinsed
  9. 14 ounces can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  10. 4 ounces can diced green chilies
  11. 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
  12. 1 tablespoon chili powder low sodium
  13. 1 teaspoon cumin ground
  14. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  15. 1 teaspoon salt
  16. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions:

Step:No:01

Add oil and preheat a large Dutch oven or pot over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, and cook for three minutes. After that, sauté the bell pepper for a further three minutes.

Step:No:02

Stirring continually, add the smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for an additional thirty seconds. Add the ground chicken and cook, tossing and breaking up the chicken into small pieces with a spatula, for approximately five minutes.

Step:No:03

Stir in tomato paste until thoroughly mixed. Stir in the fire-roasted tomatoes, diced green chilies, white beans, red kidney beans, and chicken broth.

Step:No:04

Put a lid on it, bring it to a boil, then lower the heat so that it simmers for about half an hour.

Step:No:05

Stir the chili afterward, and taste and adjust the salt as needed. Top with your preferred toppings and serve warm.
