My grandmother used to make this recipe for hamburger potato casserole to feed my picky cousins and me! This is a very kid-friendly product that even adults enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup chopped onion
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 cups peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Set oven temperature to 350 F (175 C).

A big skillet should be heated at medium-high heat. For five to seven minutes, or until browned and crumbly, cook and stir the ground beef in the hot skillet. Grease should be drained and disposed of.Step:No:03
In a medium bowl, stir together condensed soup, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. In a 2-quart baking dish, alternately layer the potatoes, soup mixture, and browned ground meat.Step:No:04
