My grandmother used to make this recipe for hamburger potato casserole to feed my picky cousins and me! This is a very kid-friendly product that even adults enjoy!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound lean ground beef
  2. 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  3. ¾ cup milk
  4. ½ cup chopped onion
  5. salt and ground black pepper to taste
  6. 3 cups peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
  7. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Step:No:01

Set oven temperature to 350 F (175 C).

Step:No:02

A big skillet should be heated at medium-high heat. For five to seven minutes, or until browned and crumbly, cook and stir the ground beef in the hot skillet. Grease should be drained and disposed of.

Step:No:03

In a medium bowl, stir together condensed soup, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. In a 2-quart baking dish, alternately layer the potatoes, soup mixture, and browned ground meat.

Step:No:04

Bake for one to one and a half hours, or until potatoes are soft, in a preheated oven. Place a layer of Cheddar cheese on top and bake until the cheese has melted.
