This casserole with ground beef and spinach is delicious. This one even appeals to my hubby, who is not a big fan of spinach! And when I brought it to a church potluck, it received amazing reviews.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced, or more to taste
- 1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 dashes hot pepper sauce, or more to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Step:No:01
Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Cook the spinach, condensed soup, and sour cream for approximately five minutes, or until cooked completely. Spoon mixture into a casserole dish and top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, in a preheated oven.

A big skillet should be heated at medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the beef is browned and crumbly. Grease should be drained and disposed of. Simmer for five minutes after adding the mushrooms, oregano, spicy sauce, salt, and pepper.Step:No:03
Cook the spinach, condensed soup, and sour cream for approximately five minutes, or until cooked completely. Spoon mixture into a casserole dish and top with shredded mozzarella.
