tenders chicken recipes

One of my favorite easy dinner options is extra crispy chicken tenders!
For a fun dinner with the family, dip or drizzle with honey garlic sauce or your favorite dippers.

Ingredients:

  1. 1½ pounds chicken tenderloins or boneless chicken breasts sliced into strips
  2. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  3. ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  4. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  5. 1 teaspoon paprika
  6. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  7. ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  8. ½ teaspoon black pepper
  9. 3 large eggs more if needed
  10. 3 tablespoons water
  11. vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

Step:No:01

Mix the flour, bread crumbs, and seasonings together in a medium-sized bowl. Put aside. Whisk eggs, water, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a another basin.

Step:No:02

Take a paper towel and dab the tenders dry.

Step:No:03

Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, then the flour, working with half of the flour mixture at a time. To double-coat it, dip it into the egg one more time, and then the flour once more. Press the flour into the chicken very gently. Get rid of any extra. Transfer to a wire rack, then continue with the other chicken.

Step:No:04

Heat one inch of oil in a sizable deep skillet to 350°F. Fry chicken in small batches for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until it is crispy and reaches 165°F. After draining onto paper towels, sprinkle with salt.

Step:No:05

Accompany with your preferred dips or honey garlic sauce.
