Brimming with tart blueberries and luscious lemons, this is blueberry lemon bread. The ideal thick, silky texture—SO YUMMY!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, room temperature
- 1 cup white sugar
- juice and zest of one lemon
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries – I used frozen without thawing them
- Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil and Sea Salt for topping
Instructions:

Set the oven's temperature to 350 degrees. Using parchment paper, line a loaf pan.

Part Two of the Mix: Until the batter is well combined, stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, and milk. Fold in the blueberries gently.

Cream sugar and butter till light and creamy. Stir in the eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.Step:No:03
