lemon blueberry bread

 Brimming with tart blueberries and luscious lemons, this is blueberry lemon bread. The ideal thick, silky texture—SO YUMMY!

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, room temperature
  2. 1 cup white sugar
  3. juice and zest of one lemon
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 1/2 cups flour
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/2 cup milk
  9. 1 cup blueberries – I used frozen without thawing them
  10. Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil and Sea Salt for topping



Instructions:

Step:No:01

Set the oven's temperature to 350 degrees. Using parchment paper, line a loaf pan.

Step:No:02

 Cream sugar and butter till light and creamy. Stir in the eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Step:No:03


Part Two of the Mix: Until the batter is well combined, stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, and milk. Fold in the blueberries gently.

Step:No:04

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake. Bake for approximately one hour, or until the top is springy to the touch and has a golden brown color.

Step:No:05

Serve: Allow to cool. Cut into slices, drizzle with olive oil and butter, and enjoy!
