homemade chicken nugget

 We eat these hot and spicy chicken nuggets every week at the very least. You can reduce the heat by omitting the chipotle pepper.

Ingredients:

  1. 1-1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
  2. 1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper, optional
  4. 1/4 cup butter, melted
  5. 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces


Instructions:

Step:No:01

Turn the oven on to 400°. Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, and chipotle pepper, if preferred, in a small bowl. Transfer butter to a another small bowl. After dipping the chicken pieces in butter and the crumb mixture, pat them to ensure the coating sticks.

Step:No:02

Arrange the chicken in a baking sheet that is 15 by 10 by 1 inches and coat it with the leftover crumb mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the color fades
