Easy tater tot casserole

 This cheese-covered Tater Tot casserole will become a regular feature on your dinner table because it just requires a few ingredients and simple preparation.

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 to 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  2. 1 small onion, chopped
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. 1 package (16 ounces) frozen Tater Tots
  5. 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  6. 2/3 cup 2% milk or water
  7. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions:

Step:No:01

Turn the oven on to 350°. Cook the beef and onion in a big skillet over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Then, drain. Add pepper and salt for seasoning.

Step:No:02

Move to a 2-quart baking dish that has been buttered. Place Tater Tots on top. Pour the milk and soup mixture over the potatoes. Add some cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes, or until well heated.
